When pet parents begin researching a boarding facility, they should keep in mind their personality and behavioral traits. Austin offers a wide variety of different types of boarding and pet sitting services so you want to make sure you find the right facility for your pup. When you begin the search, make sure you ask a lot of questions. Things like "how tall are your fences," "where will my dog be during the day/night," "how much time will he spend outside," "can you administer medicine;" are all good things to consider.

At Midtown, the premise of our boarding is activity. And because we are a small boarding facility, your pet will receive individualized attention and gentle care.

By day, your pup is provided with ample play time and exercise. Each dog is matched with animals of similar size and temperament. From social butterflies to wallflowers, we can arrange play groups and private play according to your pet's preference.

Each dog is provided with a private client in our climate controlled boarding room. We provide soft, fleece linens and fresh water for all our canine guests, along with relaxing spa music in the evenings to lull them to sleep after a long day on the playground.

Clients have the option of customizing their pet's experience to make their visit a special, individualized, and unforgettable stay. With a la carte options ranging from neighborhood hikes and frozen yogurt snacks to pawparazzi coverage and canine massage, you will be able to rest assured that your pet is having just as much fun on his vacation as you are on yours!

At Midtown we require: Rabies, Bordetella and DHPP. All pets must be spayed/neutered. An evaluation night is required prior to any boarding stay to ensure the happiness of your pet while you're away.
